Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Technical Malfunctions

Limitation of Liability

Changes to These Terms

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the regulatory framework of the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and the laws applicable to Halcyon Bay Entertainment N.V. as registered in Curaçao. Disputes are subject to the complaint and escalation process described in the Legal Notice section, and may ultimately be referred to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board if not resolved through our internal process.
